1， Sticky

This situation means that during the lamination process, the whole board or part of the board faild to fall from the pressing face. The reasons please reference below: 

(1) , The time used on pressing is not enough, or the temperature is not enough for the melamine impregnated paper to fully solidify. 

(2) The base board containers a high moisture percentage.  

(3) The melamine impregnated decorative paper disqualify, maybe it containers a over weighted glue. 

(4) Pressing face not fully clean. 

(5) The board has been placed wrong location. 

No matter whatever reason caused the sticky problem, we need to figure out the cause, and solve it in time. And as most sticky problem occur because of the melamine glue not fully solidify, so a efficient way to solve the matter is to increase the pressing temperature. 

2 Deformation of board. 

(1) The issue may result from a temperature difference between the upper-side and the lower-side steel while hot pressing the board. When both side have this temperature differences, it will result to the unbalanced solidity process, so the board will bent towards to the side whose solidity completed. 

(2) The deformation come also from the laminating materials. When two different types of melamine paper are adopted on each face of the board, the deformation problem is quite likely. When only one face of the board is laminated, then the deformation will be inevitable. To solve this, we need to make sure that the same melamine paper are adopted on each board, and can also adjust the temperature differences to reduce the deformation. 

(3) Finished products need to be placed balanced and on smooth ground. Otherwise it will also cause deformation. 

 In conclusion, to supply qualified products, need the combined efforts of the all concerned parties. It requires qualified material, suitable producing method, and the feed backs of the QC department. Only by these we can keep quality stable, and have good market portion.
