COMPANY PROFILE

Shandong LInfeng New Decorative Material CO.,LTD, is a high tech company grounded in 2005. It is located in Yuecheng Industrial Park, Heze City. About 1000 meters east of the cross point of Shanghai road, and Hongzehu Road. Very close to the express way, convenient traffic and out connects. 

We are locally the biggest producer for melamine impregnated paper, artificial wood board, and printed paper. Our products has supply chains to many cabinet and furniture factories locally and world markets. 

The factory covers 60000 M2, with a building space of 57152 m2. We have workshops for printed paper, wood veneer slicing, melamine glue composing, melamine impregnated paper, floor paper, door paper, chipboard/MDF board veneer pressing. Also we separated buildings for office and workers dormitory. 

We own 24 stream lines for melamine impregnated paper and 8 for decorative printing paper. 

To ensure high quality standard, we have high level lab testing equipment for control products parameters within requirement.

Our products with its high quality, has been exported to international markets as Japan, Vietnam, and India. Many Cabinet and furniture factories have established high level relationship with my company.

2、History 
1、2005, HEZE LINFENG WOOD PRODUCTS CO., LTD grounded and begin operation. 

2009, we have our own landmark office building.

3. 2014, we purchased Zhengjiang “ling tu” paper factory. And in the same year, registered Shandong Linfeng New Decorative Material co.,ltd, and thus begin operating the 50 Million pieces impregnated decorative paper project.

4. 2015, in July, our company formal and succeeded begin operating.

2)Become the exclusive supplier to shanghai Rongyun Trading Company.

3)The products meet the standard of E0 emission, joined the supply chain of high quality cabinets and furniture business.

1.The way of thinking here in Lingfeng is: that is my fault, result oriental, be thankful, improve, and strategical. 

We need keep thinking that everything happens here is related to me, nothing is irrelevant. I m more of a carrier and adviser of the matter, more than the judge. Analyze the trigger, what i should do, and what consequences are in this matter. Do not complain, do not excuse yourself.

I do the job not not as an assignment. I m not get paid because of the jot. But because of the value i created. Our clients need result, but only a qualified result that matters. No excuses.

Flexible means, keep in mind that i still have room to improve. Making progress each day should be your habitual way of thinking. Little progress matters on the way forming a sharp discovery. Never stop finding new solutions for problems.

Strategical definition: look from a top position. No thing can be accomplished without look bigger, no one can win a battle without seeing more. Option weights more than sweat. A leader choose the right thing, the management is to make things right. Do the right is more important than do it right. So think smart, look beyond, and do it under control.

Be faithful to your job, be diligent, team up and think beyond the bond.

In history there was one man with name suwu. He was trapped by the enemy for more than 19 years, and forced to herd the sheep. But he never surrender. Even under threat and temptation. The reason for his persistence is his loyalty to his country, which is also a rare and valuable doctrine our company require. Only those who is loyal to his company and be faithful to his job, will gather happiness and be prosperous later.
